A Much Needed Day Off
For Alexandria, the VA man, Karl Baker, it was a day off that had been deemed necessary. After having to work a number of 12-hour shifts, he was quite fully prepared to relax and unwind. He’d already arranged his day out. He was about to sleep in, eat out, explore the city, and wrap up the day lounging in front of the TV with just a drink in his hand. But circumstances are not about to go as anticipated.
